Waitress or Dumbwaiter made in mahogany wood. The piece of furniture is divided into three registers that extend its perimeter in a descending way. It is supported by a single leg that opens in the lower area into three feet. The ornamentation stands out for its great sobriety with a leaf-like carving in the lower and upper part of the legs and a geometric fretwork that runs around the perimeter of each of the levels. The leg that supports the entire structure also has a carved design. This decorative simplicity and elegance of lines is common in English furniture, as is the use of "exotic" woods and the appreciation of the grain of the wood by arranging large surfaces in these materials (or in the slabs), without decorative motifs that interrupt the natural lines created by the grain, was typical of the regency style. It measures 40" tall and 22" at it's widest part.
